At the recently concluded MAFC Annual Meeting, held in Louisville, Kentucky, the conference attendees toured Jeff Boat and were able to watch the launching of a new barge. Both Mark Locker (Ohio DOT) and Ernie Perry (MAFC) captured the launch on video.
