Freight Scenario Planning in Missouri

The June 2015 edition of the American Planning Association (APAPlanning magazine highlighted the Missouri statewide freight plan, focusing in particular on the freight scenario planning methods used by the Missouri DOT. Read the full article to learn more about MoDOT’s scenario planning efforts.
