Kansas Transportation Summit

Mid-America Freight Coalition 

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback will lead a transportation summit on the future of transportation in Kansas. This summit, sponsored by the Kansas Department of Transportation and the Kansas Turnpike Authority, will be held on September 5 at Emporia State University.

Officials describe the summit as an opportunity for business, community and government leaders to help chart a course for growth and prosperity. Brownback plans to moderate a panel discussion among transportation industry leaders.

This summit is open to the public, but space is limited. Register online with the Kansas DOT by August 15.
