Union Pacific (UP) and the Iowa Interstate Railroad System (IAIS) share a facility in Council Bluffs, IA close to Omaha, NE.  UP also calls this facility the Council Bluffs Railport. It is a COFC facility that processes less than 65,000 lifts per year. The facility is located in the I-80 corridor but the facility can only be accessed via I-29.
