The US Department of Transportation will sponsor an introductory workshop that provides an introduction to benefit/cost analysis for transportation infrastructure. Benefit/cost analysis is becoming increasingly important in the evaluation of transportation projects funded by federal transportation programs.

We’ve updated the preliminary program for the 2010 MVFC Conference and Annual Meeting. The program now includes more information about each session, and room assignments. We look forward to seeing you in Cincinnati in less than two weeks.
Each year, the MVFC Conference and Annual Meeting includes a tour of a freight-related transportation facility. We’re happy to announce that this year’s conference will include a tour of two facilities–the CSX Queensgate Yard and Tower A at Cincinnati Union Station.
