Full agenda for the 2026 MAFC Annual Meeting, being held with the MAASTO Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio from Aug 10th – Aug 12th is now available here.

On Tuesday, Aug 11th, we will have a session on Truck Parking with MAASTO, followed by a Peer-to-peer discussion marine and highway funding across member states. We will then take a “Follow the Freight” tour to visit with the Cincinnati Barge and Rail Terminal (CBRT) and with SENCO. This will be followed by dinner sponsored by our friends at HNTB.

On Wednesday, Aug 12th, we will start off with an MAFC business meeting, followed by a presentation by HNTB, and with a session on “Ride or Die Freight Partners” where we will hear from the Ohio River Commission, Kentuckians for Better Transportation, and CONEXUS Indiana. Following lunch, we will have a Freight Plan Roundtable with Iowa DOT, SEMCOG, and WisDOT, and then hear from Kate Whitbred from the Cleveland National Reserve.
