Canadian National’s (CN) Chippewa Falls Intermodal Terminal is located in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. This terminal is one of two CN intermodal terminals in Wisconsin. The other is the Arcadia facility that services Ashley furniture.

Chippewa Falls opened in February 2012. Although it is a small (8.5 acres) facility, it is serving the intermodal needs of eastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. This terminal also has a grain transfer facility. CN drays containers from Minneapolis to be loaded on to rail at Chippewa Falls.

The CN Minneapolis Subdivision runs through this intermodal terminal. The terminal is a COFC facility. Two of the NHS routes shown on the map, Bay Street and WI-124, are newly designated NHS routes under MAP-21.
