This summit, sponsored by the Kansas Department of Transportation and the Kansas Turnpike Authority, will be held on September 5 at Emporia State University.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Officials describe the summit as an opportunity for business, community and government leaders to help chart a course for growth and prosperity.
