This report analyses Class I freight rail incidents in the region over the past decade by carrier and incident type, and provides an overview of emergency responder access for the region. Case study analysis focuses on nine vulnerable\u00a0rural communities along major Class I corridors and emergency responder access times to incidents near those communities.
