It is an older facility, constructed in 1977.\u00a0 LOU can be accessed via I-65 and the terminal is located within four miles of Interstates 64 and 71.\u00a0 NS Louisville-Appliance Park is located within 2.5 miles of Buechel.<\/p>\n<p>Buechel has a capacity of 80,000 lifts per year.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rita.dot.gov\/bts\/sites\/rita.dot.gov.bts\/files\/publications\/national_transportation_atlas_database\/2013\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2013 National Transportation Atlas Database<\/a>, the facility is located on the Louisville Subdivision.
