The 2009 MVFC Conference and Annual Meeting was held at the Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City–Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri on April 14-16, 2009. This event was hosted by the Missouri and Kansas Departments of Transportation.<\/p>\n
